Every little creation from D-Sign Illustrations is made with care and a sprinkle of love, just for you! ✨ Because our items are made-to-order, we don’t offer returns or refunds.

But we know accidents can happen! If your order arrives damaged or broken, please email us a photo on hello.dsignillustration@gmail.com and send it to us within 7 days of receiving your package. Once we see it, we’ll happily replace it or find a solution so you can still enjoy your cozy goodies.
